My name is Anna, and I’m looking for a long-term apartment in Barcelona for myself and my husband, Dmitry. We are a married couple (37 and 38), relocating to Barcelona to settle down and build our life here.

We met in 2016 and got married in 2022. Over the years, we’ve lived in several rented apartments in different countries and have always maintained respectful and positive relationships with our landlords.

I work as an Executive Creative Director in advertising and have been in the industry since 2009. I have worked with international and local agencies and am a Cannes Lions award winner. I currently work as Executive Creative Director at the agency Talent. My work is stable and location-independent, and I have a consistent income.

Dmitry is the CEO of an in-house creative agency within an educational project called Synchronization. He manages a team of designers and creatives who develop educational websites and interactive learning platforms. His work is also stable and fully compatible with long-term living in Barcelona.

We don’t smoke, we don’t have pets, and we value a calm, respectful lifestyle. Cleanliness, order, and a peaceful home environment are very important to us. We treat every apartment we live in with great care — as if it were our own.

We are active and love sports, especially tennis, which we play regularly. We also enjoy travelling and discovering new cultures — we’ve visited over 40 countries together. At home, however, we appreciate quiet evenings and a cozy atmosphere.

We are looking for a long-term stay and a stable, transparent relationship with the landlord. We would be happy to provide any additional documents, references, or further information if needed.
